Westward Bound!
I have recently been offered (and accepted) a position as the Program Director for the Ph.D. program in Clinical Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology, Fresno Campus. In addition to my director duties and supporting the good work of the really interesting and innovative present faculty, my intent will be to focus on community action research and working with doctoral students to do community research that supports communities and teaches students about issues of privilege, diversity, and social change and the roles of a psychologist in contributing to that effort. It’s going to be great!!
I am sad to leave all of my friends and colleagues in MA but excited about this extraordinary opportunity and to reconnect to my West Coast crew.
